The grounds of Abbotsford Convent
Whether you are an experienced yogi or simply curious to learn more about this practice that is transforming the lives of so many people, the Evolve program will excite, challenge, and inspire your own endeavours with yoga. The Evolve Yoga Festival will feature a unique range of offerings from yogis and practitioners of many modalities and lineages so there will be no shortage of things to do, see and learn.
The festival aspires to introduce new people to the benefits of yoga, and encourage those who may have been practising for years to try new styles. You might want to bring comfy clothes that you can do yoga in, and shoes that are easy to get on and off; your yoga mat; a bottle of water; any props you like to practise with; a towel, wrap or blanket. Yoga mats will not be provided by the festival, but there will be quality mats for sale at the Wellness Market.
Get well with yoga
The Marketplace will feature yoga equipment and clothing, natural health and beauty products, unique clothing and jewellery, not-for-profit stalls, sustainable and ethical products and crafts, books and DVDs, presenter merchandise, delicious and healthy food and drinks, and live music.
The festival will finish off in the early evening with dancing and yogic sounds among the scenic surroundings of the Abbotsford Convent.
Through partnerships with ethical and non-profit organisations, Evolve offers meaningful contributions to the planet and to the wider community.
