After Googling 'best coffee and food for Robina', is the readers number one choice, touted as the best coffee and eggs Benedict on the coast. What is not to love about eggs Benedict?

l have now arrived at Euphoria to taste and tell.


I order a soy latte, and to those of you who pull that soy face when it comes to soy milk, this coffee is soy divine. This barista and coffee are a perfect match, not bitter, not too strong, but soooo smooth and the serving glass is not too small either. It's just right.

I am feeling like a very satisfied Alice in Wonderland right now. Or was that Goldilocks and the Three Bears? The coffee hasn't quite kicked in yet.

I await my vegetarian eggs Benedict. When it arrives, it is a full delicious serving of avocado tomato and grilled mushrooms with the Euphoria's signature Benedict sauce on the side. Seven mins later- I know l should eat yummy food slower - the verdict is in. The kitchen staff await my reaction, seeking empty plate satisfaction. Thumbs up, it is 9.7 out of 10. Yum.


The other versions on offer are eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, avocado and baby spinach or leg ham or crispy bacon.

I now feel ready to take on the world, caffeine energised and Benedict nourished.
