After four years, the Western Australian Museum is reopening its doors to the public on the weekend of Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 November with a new building and a new name: WA Museum Boola Bardip.
The WA Museum Boola Bardip is a stunning new building with deep historical roots, located in the heart of the Perth Cultural Centre.
The grand re-opening is expected to attract 50,000 visitors to the cultural heart of Perth City and to celebrate this landmark event, Made on the Left Inc. and the WA Etsy Team are proud to present the annual Etsy Made Local Perth & Handmade Market on the weekend, right in the middle of the Perth Cultural Centre action.
This year's Etsy Made Local Perth & Handmade Market will feature around 50 handpicked WA stallholders each day.
From 10am to 5pm daily, you can discover the latest wares by WA's best creative artists and designers. Highlights include everything from handmade clothing and accessories made from vintage, retro and unique fabrics, art and accessories made from mosaic tiles, original canvas prints and dynamic watercolour masterpieces, timber homeware, luxury candles, 100% handmade leather clutches and bags, and uniquely hand-crafted gemstone and precious metal jewellery.

Etsy Made Local is part of a national one-day event which will see cities from across the country celebrating the creative community selling on Etsy.com, the online marketplace for handmade and vintage goods.
This upcoming event will give locals the chance to connect with and buy directly from local makers and designers - offline. But it's not just about Christmas shopping, Etsy Made Local is also an awesome family day out with a brilliant festive vibe!
