There are many reasons to use essential oil. An example of a reason to use essential oil that stood out to me is to reduce depression, anxiety and stress. This book includes ways of using essential oils, such as with a diffuser, for use in creams, for use in shampoo, etc.
As this is a mini-guide, a lengthy review may not be possible. The recipes included are very useful. Personally, I think aromatherapy as a form of alternative medicine is better than some modern-day medicine with so many side effects. I think readers should take this book into consideration the next time that they have an ailment. Would you rather have 2 drops of lavender or 2 aspirin?
