Essential Oils: Essential Oils Recipe Guide by Lisa Ann is a real eye opener! Aromatherapy is a form of alternative medicine. There are a wide number of essential oils with different healing properties that are inhaled and there is growing research pointing to healing properties.

While you may think "essential oil therapy" is better in describing, this book thinks "aromatherapy" is better. Lisa Ann shares recipes with the rest of the book. For example, she includes a recipe for headaches.

The pace of this book was simple. As this book was a guide, you may find the book to be brief. Personally, I was hoping for more recipes for use in an essential oil diffuser. However, application to the body seems to be very effective. I have been thinking about how lately aromatherapy has become the craze and might sign up for free aromatherapy classes online at coursesity. Maybe you might be interested also?
