Do you know the history of the Espresso Martini?
It originated in a Soho bar in London in 1983 when Dick, the bartender, was asked by a female patron for something "that will wake me up and f**k me up"! It was originally called "the Vodka Espresso". I had my first taste of one in Bali a few years back and have been sipping them ever since. My tips for making the perfect one are good quality voddy (e.g. FAIR Quinoa Vodka which is organic and gluten-free) and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Delish.
