Escape Room: Treasure Hunt
Offending Shadows Productions presents 'Escape Room Treasure Hunt: The Bootleggers Dilemma' running as part of Adelaide Fringe Festival at Gluttony: Empire Theatre from March 10th until March 18th. Suitable for groups of 8 people. Your team is locked in a room with hidden and mysterious objects. Teams have 45 minutes to escape.

Forget the fact you are at the Adelaide Fringe and step back in time. It's set in the 1920's during the prohibition era. Your team all work at a speakeasy, but the cops are on their way to raid the place. The team needs to hide all the liquor before the clock runs out and the place gets raided, however, you cant just throw the bottles in any draw or cupboard! Each bottle belongs in a certain place and in order to open the cupboard or draw to hide it, you must solve the clues.

Everything is not as it seems, it's not simple and involves using your brain, however, it is a lot of fun. Remember communication is the key! Don't just assume that if you found a code, it must be the combination to the safe - think outside the box!

Escape Room: Treasure Hunt
Together as a a team, there are a lot of clues to find and solve within the 45 minutes in order to win this escape room. Sadly my team didn't outrun the clock and we still had two clues to solve when the buzzer went off.

We all had a lot of fun, met some new people and it was good to experience something most of us had never done before. 5/5 Stars - Experiencing an escape room will change your way of thinking and possibly start world war four, but all in good fun and remember communication is the key.

Don't miss your chance to experience an 'Escape Room' at this year's Adelaide Fringe at Gluttony (Rymill Park / Murlawirrapurka, Cnr East Tce & Rundle Rd, Adelaide, SA, 5000)
