The New Venture Institute (NVI) is an initiative of Flinders University, which promotes entrepreneurship and grows enterprises to create economic development in the Adelaide and South Australian community. This September, Roberto Cardone, co-founder of CIBO Espresso and more recently, The Apothecary 1878, is the special guest speaker at the ongoing Entrepreneurs in Conversation speaker series.The anticipated event will be held on Tuesday 16th of September, 2014 from 5.30pm at BDO, Level 7, 420 King William Street, Adelaide.Roberto Cardone is one of CIBO Espresso's founding fathers. He started out young, serving his first customer at the age of four. When he opened Cibo Ristorante Pasticceria, it quickly became the quintessential spot for the who's who of Adelaide. Come along and learn how Cibo became one of SA's most recognised brands and the lessons Roberto learnt along the way.This event presents a unique opportunity for business owners, budding entrepreneurs and students to gain top business tips from an expert and put them into practice.Attending networking events and meeting fellow entrepreneurs is also a great way to connect, learn, share ideas and find inspiration.Pre-event canapés and social networking drinks will be provided.This event is ticketed; a general admission ticket is priced at $20.00.
