Canberra Day is a public holiday held annually on the second Monday in March to celebrate the official naming of Canberra, on 12 March 1913. This year, Canberra Day will be held on Monday, 11th March - almost 106 years after the naming!
Head on over to Stage 88 at Commonwealth Park between 2pm - 7pm for a fun, family day out for the whole community. Enjoy amusement park rides, food trucks, kids activities and live music - with something for everyone! Take a picnic blanket and relax under the trees, at this celebratory event for all.
