My daughter is turning 10 and for her birthday we invited three of her best friends for an exciting day out at the Enchanted Adventure Garden in Arthurs Seat. Approximately 1 hour from the city.

We arrived and the girls were awed by the beautiful hedges, gardens and Lake. The girls threw a coin in the wishing well Gidget style and then we found the five Buddhas in the first maze.

We then went on to do the Tyre Maze - the girls were all so proud when they worked this one out. Other smaller kids were playing with their monster lava Dads and squealing with joy. Then the rope maze - there was lots of laughter with this one.

We then went on to the Tyre Slides this was my favorite part so far. Going down on the tubes, the girls teamed up and they loved it.

I went down a number of times on my own. The drop on Slide E was my favorite - it made me scream.

The staff were friendly, outgoing and lots of fun as well. We had lunch at the cafe, which was surprisingly affordable. Nuggets and Chips for $6.00 and Fish and Chips for $9. They also had an array of sandwiches, pies and so on and they have an amazing lolly shop where it's $5 for a cup of lollies.

Of course the girls could not resist once we were in there.
