EMPIRE, the most outrageously spectacular show ever seen on a Spiegeltent Stage returns to Sydney this summer, from 7 January 2014 at the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park.



The sassy EMPIRE by Spiegelworld, is a show that is hard to describe, but never one to forget. When EMPIRE last hit Sydney, The Sun Herald awarded the show a rare 10/10, whilst the Sydney Morning Herald described the performance as "the best show I've seen in years".

Presented in Spiegelworld's 700-seat antique spiegeltent, EMPIRE mixes circus with burlesque, cabaret, vaudeville and comedy, in a show that can never be matched for its versatility, and risque acrobatic performances.



Presented by MC's Oscar and Fanny, EMPIRE's 90 minute performance showcases incredible talent by eccentric characters from across the globe, including seductive acrobatics, eye-opening contortionists, shoulder ballet, foot juggling and lots more.



EMPIRE's live music fuels the electricity of the Spiegel Tent experience, its humour is sassy, saucy and hilarious, just when you think it can't get any cheekier, it does.

EMPIRE is not just a show but a journey, enticing its audience into the more artistic side of street circus.



The current dates for the summer season of EMPIRE are:
Tuesday 7 January 2014 – Sunday 26 January 2014, with an extension possible.
