When one is empathising with others or are caring for loved ones, one's own needs can be easily forgotten in our zeal to be there for everyone else. This in turn can cause fatigue, if we're not taking care of ourselves first. In this workshop, learn to identify what empathy fatigue is, so that you may easily recognise it, and learn how to prevent it and recover from it, if you are experiencing it now. It's also a good tool to keep in the workbox for when you need it.
