From the funky bicycle-wheeled ceiling decor to the perfect location, overlooking Lake Kawana, this is definitely a great spot to pick up a coffee or something divine to eat.


I loved the ambience of Emjays and especially the very welcoming "Childrens Corner", enabling one to sit back and relax and know your children have an entertaining section to themselves.


"A minute on the lips, forever on the hips" is one of my favourite adages, but I can never recall this, especially when ordering iced coffee and forgetting to mention "without the cream" bit, but needless to say, with the first sip, all adages go down the drain, especially with the deliciousness of the iced coffee served at Emjays.


This is a popular spot, with plenty of parking available (even on a Saturday). I can understand why local apartment dwellers would find this an ideal spot to meet friends over a coffee or light meal or whilst out-and-about doing some shopping at Home Central in Kawana Way.


Their organic coffee is to die-for, their club sandwiches go above and beyond and the iced coffee is enough to forget the 'forever on the hips'.

Do yourself a favour, pop in to Emjays and enjoy this funky, fun-themed venue, whilst enjoying the free Wi-fi on offer.
