Emirates Palace serves as a seven star hotel based in the capital city of UAE, Abu Dhabi. It was built by John Elliot Riba. Mr. Riba was a name in the list of vice presidents of Wimberly, Allison, Tong and Goo, serving as a specialist firm in luxurious hotels.
The Emirates Palace was built with the intention to display the rich culture of UAE - defining the time honoured culture of Gulf. It was completed in November 2005. At the opening, the hotel was constructed and owned by the government of Abu Dhabi but soon was undertaken by the Kempinski group.

The Emirates Palace has a separate unique floor space for its marina and helipad, involving 850,000m2 of land overall . Followed by Marina Bay Sands hotel in Singapore, the Emirates Palace is titled as the second most expensive hotel ever built in this part of the world.
The location of this marvellous palace is a sign of relief to many tourists in UAE, as it is a destination located 30 minutes away from Abu Dhabi airport and 90 minutes from Dubai airport respectively.
There is a private beach, gardens and domes surrounding the palace. The private beach of Emirates Palace occupies 1.3 km of land, along with 114 domes which are 80m high. There is also a swimming pool and spas in the palace, as well as tennis courts, a soccer field and rugby pitch.
Emirates Palace is a home to the perfect interior with gold and marble furnished floors and domes. The central hall of the palace is served by the fine marble floor supported by a dome above with gold plating. The top most floor of the Emirates Palace serves as the perfect treat for the royal families of Emirates.
As per statistics, the year 2010 was proclaimed to the year boasting the world's most expensive Christmas tree in this palace. 11 million dollars was the value of the Christmas tree creating a world record.
