Adelaide welcomes home local-gal-dun-good Ansuya Nathan after her success in Britain. was written by and stars the Adelaide-born actress, director and producer.

It's a kind of true and hilarious story of her birth, about how Elvis guided her Indian parents as they arrived and gave birth to her in Adelaide's northern suburbs.

There's music, there's hip movement, there's hysterical Indian parents, there's the king, there's laughter and tears.

There is also a journey through dislocation, acceptance and integration.

Nathan was nominated for Best Solo Performer at the Stage Awards, Edinburgh 2010 for this show and it is part of the Adelaide Cabaret Festival.
