Chef Elton Inglis brings his talent and taste to The Tilbury
He's been yelled at by Gordon Ramsay, worked with Jamie Oliver and dished up gastronomic delights in London's top Michelin Star restaurants.

His name is Elton Inglis and this talented chef is cooking up a storm at The Tilbury Woolloomooloo, delivering a fresh approach to modern classics with the freshest local seasonal ingredients he can get his hands on.

The Spring a la carte menu is bursting with flavour, featuring ingredients such as asparagus, truffle puree, slow cooked egg and parmesan tulle, confit ocean trout, finger fennel, golden beetroot, sorrel and orange beurre blanc, pan fried hapuka, spiced carrot puree and delicious lamb rack... for starters. The exceptional offerings are guaranteed to put a spring in diners' steps.

For more information and bookings, visit The Tilbury Hotel website.

Other Spring events at The Tilbury include the Cloudy Bay Pop-Up Lounge and Melbourne Cup Day lunch which promise to be popular during the warm Spring evenings.
