Considering the current global climate and subsequent "lock-down" guidelines here in Australia, I am sure that everybody is going a bit stir crazy at home!

I cannot stress how important it is that we leave our homes responsibly at the moment and I urge everyone to follow the government's guidelines when doing so. I know this is a trying time for everyone, so I thought I would start sharing some of the beautiful walk trails/nature reserves across WA to help those of you who are desperate to get out and about!

Today's pick is the !

A beautiful reserve situated only minutes from the Gosnell's town centre, the reserve consists of four walk trails of varying difficulty. The easiest of them being the 'Easy walk trail' which is wheelchair accessible (yay!). The 'Sixty Foot Falls Circuit' loops up to the top of the falls and provides a stunning view of the city, it is the hardest of the four.

The reserve is home to over 500 species of wildflowers. The springtime (mid-September - early November) is the best time to visit as the wildlife and flowers are at their peak!

The reserve opens between 6am and 7pm, seven days a week. There are toilets, barbecue facilities and parking available. Though, there are not any water facilities available, so please remember to take your own water when visiting!

Entry into the park is also free.
