Have heard many good things about Elixir coffee. They're currently ranked #20 on Bean Hunter's 'Brisbane's Best Cafes' list.
I was in the area this morning and thought I would call in for a spot of brunch.
The Breakfast Burrito is $14.50. Elixir Coffee is located in Hayward Street, Stafford, Brisbane. They put a delicious tomato relish sauce on the wrap which gave it a unique flavour. The 'wrap' is a Padeena wrap.
The streaky bacon sits well with the mushrooms which came across as sweet, buttery morsels. It was balanced out by the spinach and egg.
I enjoyed a smooth, easy on the palate, skinny flat white with my meal.
Service was prompt and friendly. The staff were attentive when I needed something and were very happy to package the second half of the wrap to take home. Elixir was busy but everything flowed smoothly. I've heard it's even busier on weekends.
Parking is difficult but this could be because of the surrounding businesses in the area and may be easier at weekends when the other businesses aren't open.
