Located on iconic Brunswick Street, Elektra is a must-visit for Melbourne foodies.Launched in 2018, this vibrant modern cafe is the brainchild of Ranjan and Deepan, cousins who both hail from Nepal.Through Elektra, Ranjan and Deepan invite their guests to immerse themselves in the rich culture, delicious cuisine and magic of the Himalayas.

In an inspired setting featuring offbeat colours and outlandish designs, Elektra offers a mouth-watering selection of Himalayan-inspired breakfast and brunch dishes.

The beautifully presented signature breakfast dishes include Namaste Porridge made with nourishing black rice and quinoa porridge; Mandala Pancake with green lentil pancakes, hummus and spiced chickpeas; Da Bomb - a hearty dish of poached eggs on sourdough, crispy bacon, avocado smash, roasted tomatoes, mushrooms and smoky beans; and the vegan-friendly Swayambhu Portobello with spiced portobello mushroom, vegan creamy ricotta, cherry tomatoes and grilled red pepper.
