Ginbucha is a kombucha-infused Gin cocktail that was designed by General Manager Chad Hanson, who has paired the five zero sugar sparkling kombuchas available from UTONIC with five gins from Electra House's extensive menu, based on the flavour profile in each kombucha flavour.
