Ingrid I love living in brisbane and experience all it has to offer. I moved here from the hunter valley in nsw. I have just started a blog called pooch-professor.com. Enjoy.

Elanora dog park is fantastic and for all walks of life.

Built on the former Wynnum tip the park is huge. Fully fenced, there is agility equipment for the dogs to play on, even the children come down to the park and play on the equipment as well. There are drinking troughs for the dogs and bubblers for the humans to have a drink if desired. At the entrance in the main gate there is a small stand where you can pick up dog dropping bags to take with you for you and your dog's convenience.

The park is big enough so you can stick to your part of the park. Be forewarned if you bring your pets toys down, there is a chance other dogs will want to play with the toys as well, but the owners are responsible and will retrieve them for you.

You will find the park at the back of the baseball fields. Enter the driveway at the bottom of Crown Street and Granada Street, follow the road or path all the way around the the outline of the fields, drive up a small hill and you will find a carpark. Yo will be able to see the dog park when you reach the carpark.

I love going to this park with my dog and recommend it for all.
