Brisbane City Council will be screening the popular flick "Eddie the Eagle" as part of its Movies in the Park series on Saturday 4 September 2017 at Bangalow Street Park, Bridgman Downs.

A sausage sizzle and drinks will be available for purchase from 6pm, provided by the local Neighbourhood Watch (NHW) group.
So, pack a picnic blanket or folding chairs, along with your family and friends, for an evening of fun and laughter.

No bookings are required.

Released in 2016, Eddie the Eagle tells the story of plasterer turned ski jumper Michael Edwards, the tenacious British underdog ski jumper who charmed the world at the 1988 Winter Olympics.

Starring Australia's own Hugh Jackman, the film is rated PG and is suitable for Infants and toddlers, Preschool kids, Kids, Teens, Young adults, Adults and Seniors.
