Tea and cake, or death?
Eddie Izzard - the all-running, all-jumping executive action transvestite is coming to Perth.
His Force Majeure tour, begun in March of 2013 is the most extensive and longest ever. When it finishes Eddie will have performed in more than 25 countries and on five continents.

And now the funniest stand-up man in a frock is in Australia. Although performing at the same time, this is not part of the Perth Fringe.
Eddie's tour covers Perth, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane before going on to New Zealand.
If you are familiar with his work, he needs no introduction or encouragement to see him. If you don't know who he is than a few brief words might not come amiss.
He is simply a stand-up comedian with an immaculate eye for detail and a penchant for retelling history with a view and commentry. His rambling, digressive, stream-of-consciousness style is larded with barbed comments and liberally sprinkled with jabs at pretension and bigotry.
Religion and God (usually played in James Mason's voice) gets a bit a work-out too.
A glimpse of his style can be seen on YouTube here.
In Perth Eddie will be perfoming at The Riverside Theatre in tne Perth Convention Centre, 21 Mounts Bay Road. Perth. Tickets cost $91.65 and may be purchased through Ticketek website.
There will be only two shows in Perth Wednesday 4th of Feb and Thursday the 5th at 8:00pm.
