The Eco Park in Mt Martha has a great design and is popular with locals. With the Mt Martha primary school opposite, it's well used and maintained.

The site for the Eco Park belongs to South East water and was earmarked for residential development, however South East water along with the local shire, Recreation Victoria, Lions Club, Rotary Club, Mt Martha school and many local businesses came together and reserved the land for community use in the form of the Eco Park.



Eco Park is largely constructed of recycled materials, with native plants surrounding.

The main wooden structure is a maze of walkways, steps, tunnels and slides. To the side are monkey bars, stepping mushrooms, swings and other play equipment dotted through the playground.

The mural at the front of the park was designed and painted with the help of the school children.



Car parking is easy, unless you go at school pick up/drop off time, which is not advisable.

Unfortunately there are no toilets, water or BBQ.

Apart from the lack of facilities the playground is great.
