A timeless odyssey for Pink Floyd fans of all ages
There's always an act or artists that we regret not seeing live.
For me, it's Adele. For my friend Nadia who came with me to see
Echoes of Pink Floyd at The Palms, it's David Bowie.
Determined not to miss his favourite band's final performance, my friend's dad once packed his bags and boarded a flight to London only to discover that he had misread his ticket and the concert was the previous night.
Although his story is a little heart-breaking, it's a poignant reminder to make time for the things we love and to always,
always double check your ticket.
It was this story that provoked my interest in attending Australia's Pink Floyd Tribute's
Signs of Life Tour at Crown Casino. Although the Palms is not my favourite venue, we did snag a balcony seat which made the show immensely more enjoyable than my last blood-draining visit to see
Dracula's: The Resurrection Tour.

Pure talent: Daniel Hunter and Mark MacNab on guitars, Jason Miller on drums, Paul Bindig on keyboards, Matt Goodluck on vocals and Tony Coppola on bass.
In a painstakingly crafted homage to English powerhouse rockers Pink Floyd and their ground-breaking 1988 tour to promote their
A Momentary Lapse of Reason album,
Signs of Life is a vibrant stage spectacle employing lights, lasers, a large display screen and of course, sound to authentically recreate the magic of Pink Floyd's elaborate live shows.
The result is over 2 hours of pure imaginative bliss that takes audiences on a breath-taking odyssey back to the upheaval of 1980s to enjoy the rock anthems they know and love as well as tracks that have not been performed live in Australia for decades.

Pink Floyd fans are the best! A well-behaved crowd sing along to Wish You Were Here
With stunning vocals meticulously layered with powerful saxophone, followed by a crowd-pleasing rendition of the acoustic track "Wish You Were Here",
Signs of Life beautifully re-creates the
Delicate Sound of Thunder sonic landscape.
It's a sure-fire hit and guaranteed to thrill Pink Floyd fans of all ages.
