The largest park in Norwich, covering 80 acres, Eaton Park has something for everyone. With tree lined walkways, well tended flower beds, a large lily pond with seating areas, it is a wonderful place for a Sunday afternoon stroll.

For the young family the park boasts a large, modern children's play area with a toddler area, all fenced off for safety. For the older kids there is a skateboard/bmx park and netball/football court and loads of open space for other games.

The concrete walkways and plenty of grassy areas make it the ideal place for children to learn to ride their bikes. At the centre of the park is the historic band stand area where bands play on some Sundays during the summer, there is plenty of seating, a cafe and toilets in this area too.

The man made boating pond is popular to model boat enthusiasts and a fun place to spectate, alongside you can also have a game of putting for a small charge, and for the sportier types tennis courts can be hired. There is an 18 hole pitch and putt course available at a reasonable cost at the far end of the park and at the other end is a wonderful miniature railway which is over a kilometre long and is open for rides on Sundays, for a small charge, during the summer months.

Parking is free but the car parks do tend to fill up at weekends as this is a very popular park unsurprisingly.
