Eat Pancakes to Lose Weight

The best way to start your day

If you are trying to lose some weight, you may think that your options for breakfast are limited or even boring.

When you think pancakes, all you can think is in how yummy there are, but the thought of calories, fat, sugar and extra kilos leads to a simple question: may I eat them or do I have to avoid them?

If it is your prerogative, go ahead!

I will share this incredible brekky recipe that a friend of mine gave me and I find ridiculously delicious, easy to make, fancy and super healthy. I call them the yummy diet pancakes.

What's in there?

1 small green Apple
4 egg whites
1/2 cup oats
1/2 scoop of vanilla whey protein (optional)
Hint of cinnamon

and blend it!!!

Process until you get a homogeneous mixture and pour onto a nonstick frying pan. Two minutes each side and voila!!!

They can be served with banana, all kind of berries, apple, almond butter and/or mapple syrup without sugar.

You will be eating super food (oats) with protein and fruits; all you need to lose some weight, be healthy and boost your mornings!
