Quick weeknight recipes to pop in the oven
Pizza is a favourite food all around the world, with a wide variety of toppings you can add to the top. Although there is some debate about whether you can put pineapple on a pizza, there is also some leeway on other ingredients you can try. Half the fun of making your own pizza at home is trying new flavour combinations and celebrating when you find a winner!

These are four "fuss-free" recipes that our family go back to time and time again, as they are quick, easy and don't have many ingredients. Although you can add fancy toppings to make them even tastier, you can also overload a simple pizza and make it too heavy. These pizzas keep it simple for the whole family...

* All of these topping ideas are for a large pizza base or see here for a pizza dough recipe.
