In Summary


Cabbage Pie is filled with cabbage, cheese and eggs. It is delicious, warm and comforting. Russian food has to keep people warm during lengthy freezing winters.

Mali and Mauritania

Spinach Peanut Stew stands out with peanut butter that makes the stew so creamy and rich. Many of their dishes are flavored with peanuts. Peanuts are a good source of protein.


An Asparagus Frittata is an Italian omelette, made with eggs, vegetables and cheese. Food is important to the Italian culture where people can spend two or three hours at the main meal.

In Opinion

This cookbook was very simple to follow. There are no technical instructions or ingredients. The illustration does compliment the cookbook.

Next, I chose to highlight my favorites, yet again. One recipe is comforting, another is creamy and another to spend hours eating with family and friends.

Finally, I believe your child would really like this cookbook.
