A guilt-free treat that you can enjoy every day
If you are looking for a healthy, cold treat to make for yourself this summer, then look no further! You don't need an expensive ice cream machine to create this recipe - it requires a food processor and 4 delicious ingredients.

It doesn't take long for bananas to go brown in summer, so I peel them, break them up, wrap them in foil and put them in the freezer for this recipe. If you love the flavour of chocolate and peanut butter together, you are sure to love it - why don't you make it for yourself today?

2 frozen bananas, broken up
2 Tablespoons peanut butter
1 Tablespoon cacao
1/3 cup of milk of your choice

Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blitz for two minutes, until all of the frozen bananas have broken down. Yes - it's that easy and it tastes divine! This recipe serves two bowls, so double it if you would like a larger family serve.

This recipe is creamy, flavoursome and healthy for you - it is a guilt-free treat that you can enjoy every day!
