Ever wanted to know what activities really burn a lot of calories? Well, they're actually things that you do in everyday life. Here are a few you can do and keep doing to burn some fat.

Putting on and taking off clothes burns heaps of calories. Just think about the last time you were in a fitting room, trying on some clothes and how puffed out it made you. The act of removing shirts, pants and then putting them on again takes a lot of physical body work. So next time you're out shopping, cram as much stuff to try on as possible, and try it all on.

Park as far away from the entrance to the shops. That extra walking to and from will give your legs a great workout. Even if you see a parking spot right near the doors, drive away and find a further one. If you go to the shops regularly, it'll definitely tone up your legs.

Do as many sit ups as you can between the ads of a television show you're watching. If there's a show you watch every night, during the ads do sit ups for the whole duration or push ups or whatever your comfortable with. If you do this without fail every time, you'll do your body good.

Shake your legs up and down while you're sitting down and doing something (using the computer, or watching TV) I used to do this when I first began to work out. It made me feel like I was exercising in a way even when I was having a break. I googled it and apparently it does burn calories. Any time you move your body, you're burning calories, so you might as well do it.

Pull in your abdominal muscles while walking somewhere, or sitting down. You'll begin to do it naturally and keep a straight spine wherever you go.
