These Easter school holidays, The Rocks Discovery Museum is hosting a series of interactive and educational kids activities.
The Easter school holiday program is composed of three activities;
A free badge making activity which will see children design their own Rocks Discovery Museum badge.
This activity will run from Saturday 7th to Friday 13th April from 12 noon to 3pm. No bookings are required to attend this activity.
Trolley trove is another free school holiday activity. In this activity, children are invited will sift through a trolley filled with artefacts and then question the museum host about the objects.
This is a fun interactive educational activity, which also requires no bookings. This activity will be held from Saturday 14th to Sunday 15th April, from 1pm to 2pm and Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd April, from 1pm to 2pm.
Under the Floorboards is the final interactive activity.
It is designed for children aged 6 to 12 and it will see the children search for treasure 'under the floorboards'. There is also a creative element to this activity as children will be able to decorate a plate to take home with them.
The activity will run from Monday 16th April to Friday 20th April from 11am to 12.15pm. To participate in this activity, a gold coin donation is required and bookings are also required - simply head to The Rocks website to make the booking. [ADVERT]
