Easter celebration is approaching! Just for kids, there will be fantastic Easter activities such as egg decorating, Easter themed art and craft and of course, an Easter egg hunt.



The annual Lord Mayor's Easter Egg Hunt is happening on Saturday 31st March 2018 at Smith Street Mall and surrounding city area. You can join this hunt and many other kid-friendly activities from 9am until 1pm. To find any updates about this event, please go to this website .



Darwin Waterfront is also celebrating Easter on 31st March 2018 from 9am to 1pm. Take a photo with Mr and Mrs Easter Bunny in their majestic Bunny Burrow and get a free chocolate egg and balloon afterwards.

There will be plenty of fun for children of all ages at Darwin Waterfront Easter Celebration with two jumping castles, two water slides, balloon twisting, glitter artists, eggs-traordinary sand art activities, circus workshop and much more. You can also dance the day away with a live kid's DJ on the lawns playing festive songs to get you in the Easter spirit.

A variety of food will be available from local cafes and restaurants around the precinct area and a sausage sizzle fundraiser will also be operating during the event.

A FREE Easter Brekkie will be available at the Hibiscus Shopping Centre with free hot cross buns. While you are waiting for the Easter Bunny to arrive from 11 to 12, you can fill the time with face painting and Easter themed art and craft with NT Art Storms. You can do 'Selfies' with the Easter Bunny and and don't forget to grab giving away of Easter eggs.

Join the Big Egg Hunt at Jape Homemaker Village on Saturday 21st March 2018 from 10am until 3pm. The Easter Bunny will set up a day of scavenger hunting for the whole family. Find 10 special egg stations hidden around the village to track down. When you're finished, you can bring your card to the Egg Hub in Jape Furnishing Superstore and earn a delicious chocolate prize for every stamp collected. What an egg-tastic way to spend on Easter!
