What

This is the fourth year for the annual Easter Egg hunt at the Maze, with an abundance of fun on offer for the whole family. The hunt takes place throughout the expanse of the Maze, and features a fun series of rhyming riddles that families need to solve to find the secret numbers hidden throughout the park. These numbers form a special code, that participants need to complete in order to collect their chocolate eggs.

Prizes include chocolate eggs, in addition to 2 main family prizes valued at over $500 each in addition to 10 family packs valued at over $180 each, so the stakes are definitely a little bit higher than your average Easter egg hunt.

What Else

The Maze
Don't get lost

The Easter Egg hunt is included within your entry price, so there's no extra cost for this added bit of fun. Come along with your picnic and enjoy everything else that the Maze has to offer, such as Outback Splash, Mini Golf, Australian wildlife and animals and of course the myriad of mazes to get lost in.

If you're heading to the Outback Splash area that's included in your price, you'll be pleased to know that the water slides are now heated, for your sliding pleasure during the unknown autumn temperatures.

Cafe Iguana is open for breakfast or lunch, but with 36 acres of parkland, there is also plenty of space to spread out in and have a picnic. If you've bought the season pass for the Maze, then this is a great way to make some extra use of it.

Opening Hours

The Maze fun park is open every day of the Easter long weekend:

The Maze Park: 10am to 5pm Monday - Sunday

Cafe Iguana: 10am to 5pm Monday - Friday
9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday

Note: The park is closed on Monday and Tuesday during school holidays (except for Easter Monday when the park will remain open).

Outback Splash looks like a really fun water park.

It looks really good - at this time of year I am not wanting to do the water slides - maybe just check out the maze - so I think $33 entry is a bit steep!
