For many Australians, Easter evokes images of ubiquitous eggs, bunnies and chocolate. For over ten million Australians who identify as being Christian, however, Easter is the most important event in the calendar - even more significant than Christmas - as it celebrates the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

If you would like to attend an Easter church service to reflect upon the sacrifice Jesus made upon the cross for humanity, most Christian churches conduct a service on either Good Friday or Easter Sunday and will likely advertise these in your local area. The following is a selection of Easter services that some churches in Perth, Mandurah and surrounding areas are conducting this year. All events and services listed are free entry.
