1. Good Friday Appeal Kid's Day Out
Head to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre for a day filled with fun activities including roller-skating, laser skirmish, sports clinics, kids cooking classes, rides, music and dancing, and more. Free entry, participation in activities is by donation to the Good Friday Appeal . April 3rd 2015, from 10am until 6pm. Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf.

2. Animals Are The Stars
Over the school holidays, Melbourne Star welcomes fluffy and furry animal friends. Jumbo Barnyard will appear on March 28th from 10am until 5pm. This super-sized animal farm will include a pony, alpaca, lambs and goats. Animal Farm, open from Monday March 30th through to Thursday April 2nd, will host ducklings, bunnies, piglets and lambs; all available for petting and cuddles between 12:30pm and 3:30pm. Finally, the team from Wildlife Xposure will bring their hand-reared native animals to the Star from Tuesday April 7th through to Friday April 10th, and kids will have a chance to watch and hold reptilian creatures. 3. Easter Egg Hunts

March 31st, from 10.30am to 11.30am. City Library, 253 Flinders Lane. Make your own Easter bonnet then search the library for chocolate eggs. Suits ages 3 . Free entry.

April 3rd, from 9.30am. Werribee Park, K Road, Werribee. Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt and Family Picnic returns to Werribee Park for it's 15th year. Tickets $15 entry from Ticketek .

April 6th from noon. The Great Luna Park Egg Hunt , 18 Lower Esplanade, St Kilda. Four Easter Egg Hunts will commence with thousands of eggs hidden in Luna Park's Garden Terrace. Each Hunt will be split into different age groups. Entry to the Hunt is free with an Unlimited Ride Ticket or at a minimal charge.

4. Meet Easter Bunny in Melbourne

April 5th, 10:30am-3:00pm. Find the Easter bunny's helpers and be guided through the Queen Victorian Market to hunt for Easter treasure. Departing from 10.30am, 12pm & 2pm, from the top of A Shed.

April 4th through to April 5th, from 11:00am to 11:30pm; 12pm to 12:30pm, and 1:00pm to 1:30pm. Easter Bunny will greet families as they disembark from the Melbourne Star . Enjoy receiving cuddles, high fives, and chocolate treats! 101 Waterfront Way, Docklands.

Saturday April 4th, 10:00am-1:00pm. Easter bunny can be found at South Melbourne Market , corner Coventry & Cecil Streets, South Melbourne, handing out chocolate eggs to kids.
