Just one hour matters a lot
This Saturday, 29 March 2014, is the Earth Hour. Turn off your lights for one hour at exactly 8:30PM. But wait, there's a lot more you can do. If you believe that Australia can and must help solve climate change and that you'd want to be part of it, take the pledge at Earth Hour Australia website. (Click here to access the website). You also get the chance to win an amazing weekend away for two to Lady Elliot Island on the Great Barrier Reef.

Lady Elliot Island is a coral cay located at the southern tip of the Great Barrier Reef, the World Heritage-listed wonder of nature 80 kilometers northeast of Bundaberg QLD. It is known for the abundance of turtles, manta rays, and an amazing array of spectacular marine life. It is a haven for diving and snorkelling, where healthy coral reefs thrive, providing sanctuary to over 1,200 species of marine life.

The Earth Hour, however, is only the first step. There is a lot more you can do. Click here to learn more. Join the millions of people in 7001 cities and 152 nations worldwide in this endeavour. In unity there is strength, together we can.
