If you're not looking, you'll probably miss this sweet little gem of a store.

Tucked in off the bustling pathways of trendy Melbourne Street and beyond an undercover carpark, a lowly cafe exudes charm and a unique feel.

As soon as you enter E for Ethel, you're greeted by its friendly staff and welcomed with an array of knick-knacks, tidbits, colourful and quirky paintings, sewn woolen gifts, handmade cards, toys, jewellery and other such fun and interesting creations.

When you find a table and get settled in, you'll begin to notice something special. The decor has a farmhouse feel which increases its charm and creates a comforting sense of being completely at peace with everything.

The food and coffee delivered is always fresh and divine. With a cheerful smile and a cute atmosphere, this place comes through in terms of being a little old-fashioned but all-together charming.

Bring your family, children, friends, and partners. Everyone is welcome and not just simply welcome, but made to feel welcome too.

You may or may not stumble across this hidden little treasure, but either way make sure it is part of your route if you're ever along Melbourne Street.

It will be the sunshine of your day!
