The class is ideal for those with a busy schedule and the demonstrated techniques can help reduce stress, improve fitness and muscle tone.
This innovative approach strikes a unique and vital balance between mental well-being and physical training.
The class will be held under the supervision of some of the top Australian fitness professionals and is designed to be fun and rewarding.
Dynamic Meditation also ensure a personal approach, only 12 places are available and this first class is being offered free of charge.
