Alle Dutchies roepen! (calling all dutchies). If you are Dutch, of Dutch descent or just love everything Dutch, then come along to the every third Sunday of the month.
Family Day opens the club rooms, located at 21 Greenfields Drive, Green Fields for an afternoon of fun, food and drink. Traditional Dutch snacks and meals are served throughout the afternoon from 12pm to 4pm, along with a huge selection of Dutch beer and spirits. There is live music, featuring a different band every month along with door prizes and chocolate wheel.
While you are there you can also purchase Dutch treats to take home. The store ('t winkeltje) is open during events and has a large variety of Dutch treats such as chocolate hail, vlokken, licorice, sliced meats, Dutch cheeses, biscuits, rusk bread, soups, vegetables, mayonnaise, curry sauce, croquettes, frikandellen and oh so much more! Outside of events, the shop is open Monday 9am to 1pm and Friday 10am to 2pm.
Bring along the kiddies to enjoy Xbox, colouring in and table soccer.
The Club also holds events such as Dutch Festival, Orange Ball, Sinterklaas Kinderfeest, Sinterklaas Ball and Karnaval Ball throughout the year along with regular catchups throughout the week for Club members.
