The saga of the heroes that we call the dragon friends

Dungeons and dragons and comedy, what else is there to say? The show by Dragon Friends is an absolute blast! Where a group of comedians join together to play dungeons and dragons for a live audience.

This is a pretty unique experience, and it is definitely worth checking out even if you've never played dungeons and dragons before. There's no need to worry about not knowing the rules or what's going on, just sit back and enjoy the show.

If you want a little taster of what the show is like before committing to buying tickets, Dragon Friends actually have a website and podcast for anyone who's interested. Yet I've got to say that seeing the show live is a whole other experience and being part of such an excited and amicable crowd really makes it all that much more enjoyable!

I'll admit, the first time I went I had no idea about any of the comedians, or how Dungeons and Dragons even worked, but since seeing the show once I've come back every month, each time more enthusiastic than the last!

Dragon Friends is a show worth making the effort to go to, and audience members even get the chance to win their very own Dungeons and Dragons starter set! So if you get well and truly hooked on the show you can start your own Dungeons and Dragons campaign!

The show is a whole bundle of laughs with a stellar line up including:

Benny Davis
Michael Hing
Alex Lee
Simon Greiner
David Harmon
Edan Lacey
Ben Jenkins

As well as special guests each week!

Dragon Friends Dungeons and Dragons
David Harmon, Edan Lacey, Alex Lee, Michael Hing, special guest Chris Dendle and Simon Greiner

The show presents on the first Wednesday of the month at the Giant Dwarf theatre at 7pm until about 10pm, and of course there are refreshments available on site. Best of all, the show only costs $10 so it's a cheap and fun way to hang out with your friends each month!
