I love exploring Brisbane and discovering unique little hideaways with my family. I also write a blog www.photoshowondvd.com.au/blog to inspire the use of multimedia to create Videos and Photo Slideshow Story on DVD.

Whenever I think of Singapore, I remember all the various Dim Sums and my favourite Yum Cha places. I love my dumplings and miss eating them. I've tasted dumplings in Brisbane, but none taste as good as those dumplings from Singapore. However, I have recently sampled some dumplings from Jan Powers Farmers Markets, from a stall called Dumpling Envy, and they were very delicious.

It is the flavours that takes me home to Singapore and this to me is the real deal. Each dumpling is handmade from quality ingredients by the owners Phil and Marcie Lam. You will keep coming back for more, once you taste these delicious dumplings.

The Pork and Chicken are your basic flavour but if you would like to try something different, there is also the Malaysian Chicken Curry, Braised Pork Belly, Duck with Plum Sauce and many more from their Basic, Chef Selection and Gourmet Menus.

You can order online and choose to have them delivered to you for a fee or you can pick them up from Greenslopes or from the Dumpling Envy Stall at the Jan Powers Farmers Markets, the Family oriented Boutique Markets like Billycart Markets and The MummyTree Chic Inspired Markets within Brisbane, Santuary Cove and Toowoomba. Be prepared to queue for your dumplings as they are a very popular delicacy.
