An annual event firmly established on the social calendar of all things festive, Deutsche Schule Melbourne (DSM), a German-English bilingual and bi-curricular school at 96 Barkly St, Fitzroy North is hosting this German Christmas Market on Friday 29 November 2024 from 5-9pm. For the first time, tickets are being introduced, to ensure a great experience for all. Get your tickets here . Tickets are just $2 for ages 16+ (adults), and children 15 years of age and under go free. There's an option to get a $32.80 wristband for kids activities. Get in early so as not to miss out on the festive fun, delicious offerings of food and great music.

This much-loved fundraiser brings the German community in Melbourne together; the families of the school, the alumni, and locals for an evening of Glühwein, Bratwurst, and festive cheer. There'll be Christmas-themed gift stalls, kids activities, live music, gingerbread houses and other traditional baked goods, mulled wine, German sausages, pretzels, German beer and much more. Come along and immerse yourself in the lively spirit of a traditional German Christmas. Do note it would be easier to get to the event via public transport as there's only limited parking available.
