Drysdale Railway Station Playground is a fantastic little playground located just off the main road in Drysdale.

There are several pieces of modern, brightly-coloured play equipment including a mini-train, swing set with two swings, two slides, a rope climbing frame, a roundabout, spiderweb swing and two bouncy structures (a grasshopper and dolphin).

The larger structures also have a few sections with plastic climbing holds, so that children can practise their climbing skills.

If you're thinking about staying for a picnic lunch, the playground area has picnic tables, undercover barbecues, rubbish and recycling bins and toilets.

Free car parking is available, and there is usually a coffee van parked in the car park area, so you can grab a hot drink while the kids play.

Dogs are permitted in the area, however they must be kept on a leash within 10 metres of the playground, barbecues and picnic facilities.

For those who are keen to enjoy a trip on the Heritage train service, the train station is just a short distance away. Lake Lorne Reserve and the Bellarine Rail Trail are also nearby, for those who are looking to explore a bit more of the area.
