Forms of Water
We need to drink water no matter the reason anyway! A person is supposed to drink water half of their weight in ounces every day. If you disagree, at least get in those 8 cups.
Don’t stop at plain water! Why not water with a water enhancer? Seltzer? Sparkling water?
Exercise
Are you afraid of gaining weight because you are used to having a glass of an alcoholic drink in your hand? Exercise for those who can’t.
Accountability partner
Find an accountability partner that can be there for you 24/7. Better yet, find an accountability partner that wants to participate too! Can’t find an accountability partner? Simply hop online!
Mocktails
Trick your mind into thinking that you are having a cocktail! For example, do you like whiskey? Make a Virgin Whiskey! All that you need to do is mix root beer with Mountain Dew! Tastes like the real
I can talk all day about mocktails. They really are a blessing. Yes, I love my drinks, but have a close friend who cannot drink.
