The Block Buster fete of the year
Over the years the Drummoyne Public School Fete has always held a fete to be remembered, and this year's fete on the 30th of August is no different. It is the major fundraiser for the school hardworking and dedicated P & C members who tirelessly work behind the scenes in getting everything ready for the blockbuster of the year.

Even if your children and grandchildren don't go to the school, or you are friends or relatives of someone who works at the school, this is the place to be on the 30th of August from 9am.

And even better, the entry to the fete is free!

The list goes on and on, as to what you can do, see, eat, play on and buy at the fete.

How would you like to try some of the Dutch pancakes to keep your energy levels up on the day. It would be extremely hard to go past this stall!

Pancakes. Yum! Photo courtesy of Wikipedia.

Or maybe you would like to try the delicious food from the Kadmus Lebanese stall or get yourself an Aussie hamburger. To top it off, why don't you indulge in a snow cone or fairy floss or even a gelato? With so much to choose from - I wouldn't know where to start!

Don't forget to check out the great food at the Kadmus Lebanese stall.

Too much sugar you reckon! Why don't to take a seat and grab a coffee from Raineri's Mobile coffee or pick out one of the cupcakes or brownies from DPS Café and if that doesn't take your fantasy you could get a delicious homemade cake to go with that coffee.

Decisions, decisions. What to do?

While you are chilling out, your kids would be having a wow of a time at the rides, making sand art, producing a plaster magnet or testing their passing skills at the pass the footy or netball.

You might get a bit of a shock when they come back with their arm in plaster and covered in body. Don't worry! They have just been having fun getting a temporary arm plaster at the Arm Plaster Art stall and a bit of body art. Maybe there will come back with some crazy hair.

There are plenty of other stalls on show at the fete. You could browse through the Thrift Shop, toys, books, craft and don't forget to check out this year's secret classic car. Want a memento of the day? Why don't you get your family and or friends together while you are at the fete and get your picture taken at the Photo Shoot Fete stall.

While there, why don't you make a bid at the silent auction, or have a go on the chocolate wheel. Maybe you could also buy a few tickets into the raffle and win one of a number of great prizes.

So if that you think that this is not enough to do on Sunday the 30th of August, you should check out what else is going on at the fete.

As you can see there is so much to do and see while at the Drummoyne Public School fete that you might want to visit the Vision Personnel training stall and get them to work out a plan of how to get off those extra kilos you have just put on by eating all the delicious food at the fete. Just joking! But you should have a talk to them anyway as going to the gym may be hard work, but it has always a lot of fun. What have you got to lose?

To make things a bit easier for you, Drummoyne Public School have arranged that you can pre-order Online the following items:

How good does this look? Photo courtesy of Drummoyne PS.
