Thinking about getting or giving a drone for Christmas? Have you heard the horror stories of people with new drones that fly away or crash?
Don't let this happen to you! Join Drone-Wise Australia's 4-hour drone flying training for recreational flyers on 12 December 2020.
Led by Martin Bass and Tim Robinson, commercially-rated drone pilots with considerable experience across a range of flying operations and aircraft types, this interactive and engaging training course is an opportunity to gain:
Essential Flying Skills
This is the perfect training course if you are intending to purchase a drone this Christmas. Best of all, no experience is required and the drones will be provided, so you just need to book online and come along on the day.
The training course is held at Hall ACT. Specific details about location will be provided after you enrol. The 'theory' component of the course will be held inside in a classroom-like environment, while the flying exercises are conducted in outdoor space.
The 4-hour beginners' course is $285. This includes written material and other resources, use of the Drone-Wise aircraft fleet for flying and morning tea.
If you are under 18 years of age, you will need to be accompanied by a parent or adult friend or relative. Only one course fee will be charged if you need an adult present with you.
