Opinion
I liked every recipe in the book. However, I had to limit what to summarize.
Personally, I could not afford the ingredients for these recipes, unless I bought them at Dollar Tree here in the United States. However, farmers' markets and roadside stands are good choices!
This book is easy to follow and good for beginners wanting to improve their gut health.
