Internationally award-winning magician Tim Ellis returns to The Laneway Theatre with an exciting new show in 2023 - DREAMERS.

​​50 years ago, Tim Ellis dreamed of doing nothing but performing magic his entire life, and he has conjured a brand-new show that is sure to inspire the 'dreamer' in all of us.

Who is Tim Ellis?

Tim Ellis is one of Australia's best-known magicians who has earned an international reputation for his innovative, original and highly entertaining blend of magic and comedy.

  • Resident magician at Merlin's House of Magic in Fitzroy for five years.

  • Debunked Uri Geller on the TV show Willesee when he tried to scam a mining company.

  • Driven a $100,000 Mercedes while completely blindfolded.

  • Escaped from a wooden trunk lowered into the Yarra River.

  • Escaped from a straitjacket, suspended 30 metres high, in Alice Springs.
