Founder of the PillIiga Arts studio in Ultimo, Swetik Korzeniewski, is an architect and artist who has been painting, drawing and creating sculptures for over 50 years.



Taught by renowned American architect Louis Kahn and notable Sydney artist, John Ogburn, Swetik Korzeniewski has made learning about art and teaching others his life work. Having taught at the University of Sydney, the University of New South Wales and through his Pilliga Arts studio, Swetik challenges his students to think more deeply about the work that they produce. He encourages his students to challenge themselves and to self-analyse, and his teaching process is underscored by an important theme - the philosophy of art and existence.

In his 10 week drawing studio, you will learn to see and draw better, and reconnect to things and people.

The second semester for 2014 begins on Saturday the 26th of July 2014.The studios are 3 hours each and take place on Saturdays;

Saturday mornings - 10 am - 1 pm
Saturday afternoons - 3 pm - 6 pm

Dates: 26 July – 4 Oct 2014

The cost is $400 per workshop of 10 studio sessions
